Time for some amazing laid back wedding loveliness! Carolyne & Stu really wanted an celebration with their friends like a big house party with their best people and that’s exactly what did!
Set in Carolyne’s parents back garden over looking the gorgeous Somerset countryside, champagne flowing, colour, laughter… so much laughter. They had a wonderful humanist ceremony just next door in the neighbours garden before welcome drinks on the lawn followed by an incredible round of speeches from pretty much everyone, including a lot of tears and happiness!!Â
When I took Carloyne and Stu off for some couple portraits on their own, we ventured into another friendly neighbours orchard (who was also loaning them a field as a car park for all their guests!). I literally did not stop laughing, they are blood hilarious and I had such a great time capturing the two of them, such a genuinely lovely and super funny couple.
As the evening started to set in, you could still see the beautiful views through the marquee over the hills in the dusk, it was absolutely perfect for the first dance and heaving dance floor.
