I’ve been super excited to share Nikki & Toby’s full wedding on the blog! It was such a happy, laid back and beautiful day full of wonderful people, what’s not to love?
The morning started on the top floor of Toby’s parents house. I knew they were getting married in the garden there but nothing had quite prepared me for this glorious home and it’s stunning gardens. Nikki was casually sat being prepped and preened by her make up artist as Toby was managing a last minute panic to set up the stretch tent in case it rained during their humanist ceremony (it didn’t!).
Nikki & Toby had their legal ceremony earlier in the week to allow them to have Toby’s Uncle conduct their humanist ceremony in the garden of Toby’s parents house. With bales of hay, rugs brought out from the house and pooches wandering about, the outdoor vibe was spot on.
All the flowers adorning the marquee were grown by the gardner who also had the walled garden looking impeccable for the perfect newly wed portraits.
Last but by no means least… Nikki changed for the evening into a stunning Rosa Bloom sequin jumpsuit which as you can see went down superbly!!

As soon as I saw Hannah’s work I knew she was going to be perfect – fun, relaxed and colorful. Her photographs just scream JOY at you. She really captured the feeling of the day but more than that she is just a freaking awesome person! So many people assumed that she was a friend of mine from school and it really did feel like I’d known her for ages…
It’s a real skill to make 2 people who hate being photographed feel so relaxed. Hannah was calm, fun, totally un-intrusive and happy to go with the flow.
