Once you’ve completed the below form and sent across your payment, your date is secured for 2021.
*Terms & Conditions
The acceptance of the booking outlined above, once completed, is based on agreement by the client of the terms and conditions stated below.
The contract is between the “photographer” (Hannah Walker of Casey Avenue) and the client as detailed above: The Photographer Hannah Walker Address: 54 Lower Street, Merriott, Somerset, TA16 5NN
- A Summary of the Contract
The photographer is responsible for providing for the client a photographic service and products as detailed in section 2 (‘coverage’). The client undertakes to engage the photographer for this coverage for the price as detailed in section 3.
- The Coverage
The photographer cannot be held responsible for the lack of coverage caused by the bride, bridegroom or other members of the wedding party not being ready on time, nor by restrictions placed on the photographer by officials of the church, register office or licensed marriage venues. The photographer does not guarantee any specific picture nor to include any specific background, location, props, or arrangement, although every effort will be made to interpret the client’s wishes. The photographer is limited by the guidelines of the ceremony official or reception site management. The client agrees to accept the technical results of their imposition on the photographer. Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is the client’s responsibility. Hannah Walker will offer technical recommendations only.
- Payment Arrangements
The client will pay the photographer a total fee as selected above to the following terms:
A 50% initial payment to secure the date and payable on execution of this agreement. This wedding was initially to take place in 2020, however due to coronavirus outbreak and restrictions put in by the government to help reduce the spread of the disease, the photographer has moved the date across to an available date in 2021. The previous terms meant that in the event of cancellation so close to the wedding date, the payment would still have been paid in full. However due to the unforeseen circumstances the photographer is carrying across in-year reschedules at no additional cost. For following year reschedules the photographer will return half of the initial payment on the original date (£225) as a gesture of good will and to cover administrative costs to rescheduling to 2021. The client and the photographer have agreed to an immediate payment of 50% of the total balance for the new date and the payment of the remaining balance is to be made no later than 28 Days before the rescheduled date of the wedding.
Cancellation of the rescheduled date of the wedding at any time will require payment in full, it being the agreed loss suffered by the photographer due to cancellation of two dates across 2020 and 2021. All cancellations must be in writing.
Any additional payments for albums and other services are to be made when that order is placed. Prices for orders placed over one year after the date of the wedding may be subject to change.
- Copyright
The entire copyright in the photographs is retained by the photographer at all times throughout the world. Where a digital files of the photographs has been provided to the bride and groom as part of their wedding collection, these photographs may be printed, and displayed online, for personal but not commercial use. Images must not be sold or altered in anyway.
The photographer retains the right in all cases to use the photographs in any manner at any time and in any part of the world for the purposes of advertising or otherwise promoting her work.
- Image Size, Colour, Style and Composition

It is sometimes not possible to record on film or in print the exact colour as seen by the human eye. There is no right to reject on the basis of style or composition.
- Attendance
