I’m super chuffed to say I have only gone and gotten featured on RocknRollBride.com

I have been following Rock n Roll Bride for some time, I love the ethos, the fun weddings that are featured and the alternative inspiration it gives to brides. I got married back in 2008 and loved my wedding day. It wasn’t until later, when I was in the “industry” that I realised you don’t have to conform to the norm for weddings so it was a breath of fresh air seeing Kat’s blog. Usually when you become engaged you get hit with the enormity of where, what, how, when planning the wedding, your family will normally have an input of how it “should” be done and “tradition” but if you still don’t feel like you  in all this then hey, you need not fret, check out Kat’s blog and to hell with tradition!

I photographed Jo & Lal’s wedding this May, it was one of the rare super sunny weddings I’ve done this year and lets not forget also super cool! Getting featured on a wedding blog was on my 101 in 1001 list and to be fair I didn’t think it would happen so quickly, however I knew as soon as I shot this wedding it would fit well on Kat’s blog so sent it across to her. I was delighted when she emailed me back saying she’d love to feature it.

So here we are, in all our featured glory… (and that’s another tick off the list!)

Thanks Jo & Lal for being ace and Kat for featuring the wedding.
