Woughton On The Green Wedding

A Woughton on the Green wedding almost exactly a year to the date (same weekend) as when I last photographed a wedding there. Janet & Chris had a lovely September wedding and although it started out a little overcast it turned out a beautiful and dry day!

Janet was getting ready at the Parkside Hotel right next door to the quaint St Mary’s Church where she and Chris were to marry. She was cool, calm and collected when I arrived and stayed that way for the day. Janet picked out the autumnal colours which complimented her hair beautifully, Chris’ Mum made their cool cake (as you may guess Janet is a nurse and Chris is a civil engineer!! just in case you were wondering!)

Having the Church and Hotel right next door to each other meant the day was super smooth and relaxed, guests were chilling with champagne on the lawn, playing croquette and I managed to sneak Janet and Chris into the fields opposite for some beautiful Bride & Groom portraits. The evening light was beautiful and the light through the trees was just gorgeous.
